My wife and I first came across Turkish Home Office on internet when searching for a property in Didim area. The offers on their website seemed to be quite interesting for us, but without seeing people and talking to them we were hesitant to proceed. Luckily, Turkish Home Office was participating at the Place in the Sun exhibition in Manchester in Spring 2015. We met with Deniz Polat and Andy Cowles there, had a very good conversation, they offered a very nice property which fitted our budget and requirements and we made a decision to go ahead.

An important thing. In our case, we made a payment prior to my arrival to Turkey (we did not have an account in a Turkish bank at that time and had to make a payment in advance so that upon my arrival the money would have reached for sure, I could stay only for few days) and of course there was an element of trust in that. But everything went very smoothly and seamlessly, I got the paperwork and the service of Turkish Home Office was outstanding. Deniz organised everything the best way. Andy helped a lot in showing around, helping to open the bank account, and providing invaluable advices to a newcomer.

We would definitely recommend Turkish Home Office. We fully trust them and we also made the after sale arrangements with them.
